Years ago we used words like “kook” and “Loon” to describe those mentally unbalanced folks that gave us such enjoyment like the kid who talked to his bologna and booger sandwich before eating it… Or the lady that lived with 300+ cats and never left the house.. Even that smelly drunk homeless guy that would drop his pants every time he got caught shoplifting…..
